What is not refunded

Being outbid. A confirmed bid buys the position it reached when the payment was confirmed; other people paying more afterwards is how the board works, and the entry stays listed with its accumulated total. You accept this explicitly at checkout before paying.

What is refunded, in full

A payment was taken but the position never changed.
You were charged more than once for the same bid.
We removed the entry for a rules breach that was not caused by the payer.
The entry was listed with links that were not the creator’s.

Statutory rights
